Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
• In original saleable condition
For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned unless the card label (hygiene seal) remains intact. Please open the protective outer packaging carefully to allow for inspection if required.
Items returned in an unsaleable condition may be refused or returned to the customer. This does not apply to items being returned due to a confirmed fault or failure under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Fees
For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping and restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. We aim to assess returns within 10 business days of receipt.
Faulty Items, Consumer Guarantees & 1-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products.
All of our products are covered by a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing faults and defects under normal use.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact info@imbrace.com.au with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the fault, where possible
If your item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault:
• Return shipping will be provided free of charge
• You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue
Please note:
• Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care are not generally considered manufacturing faults.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping & Order Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Australia & New Zealand orders are shipped using tracked delivery services. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you if an email address is provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected countries outside Australia and New Zealand.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees that may apply in their destination country.
By law, we must declare the full value of all package contents.
International Returns & Exchanges
International customers should contact info@imbrace.com.au to arrange a return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Imbrace is not responsible for items until they are received by our returns centre.
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotion codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
If an item is returned from a multi-item order where a promotional discount was applied, refunds will be adjusted to reflect the discount received across the order.
Sale and promotional items are still covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sale and End-of-Line Items
Sale and end-of-line items may be returned in accordance with our standard change-of-mind returns policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Items marked as:
• ‘Final Sale’
• ‘Clearance’
• ‘Non-Returnable’
are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Fair Use
We aim to offer a fair and flexible returns policy for all customers.
However, excessive or unreasonable return activity may result in future orders being refused at our discretion.
This will never affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
