Promotion Codes

• Promotion codes are standalone offers and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Where a promotion applies a discount across multiple items in an order, any refund for change-of-mind returns will generally be calculated by allocating the promotional discount proportionally across the eligible items purchased. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Promotion codes cannot be used on discounted bundles, outlet items, clearance products, or sale items unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Welcome codes are single-use only and apply to the total eligible order value unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply separately to each individual item in the order.
• Promotion codes are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time where reasonably necessary.
