7. Claims for Damage, Shortage or Non-Delivery
You should inspect goods upon delivery.
If goods arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within a reasonable time and provide details of the issue.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Change of Mind Returns
We may, at our discretion, accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery provided:
• the goods are unused and in original condition;
• all original packaging and accessories are included; and
• proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Change of mind returns are not available for:
• personalised or custom-made products;
• goods sealed for hygiene reasons once opened;
• clearance or final sale items where stated.
Faulty or Defective Goods
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
